ABOUT THE JOB:

CET is looking for a world class Customer Success Representative to join our team.

As part of the Customer Success team, you will bring your expertise and winning personality to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers in a high-energy environment.

The Customer Success team first and foremost is a team that prioritizes our customers' needs. Along with delivering excellent value to our customers, you will collaborate with many of our internal customers across the company such as Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience such that our customers keep coming back
Provide product quotes to our dealers and proactively followup on them
Enter Sales Orders and manage the order from order entry through shipment
Collaborate with Application Engineering and Regional Sales Managers on complex projects
Issue RMAs for our customers and manage the process internally
Work closely with Production and Supply Chain to manage customer ship dates and expectations
Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings

JOB R
EQUIREMENTS:

3 yrs experience in a customer service or sales role
Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Able to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Able to deal with people tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
University or equivalent degree
