    For this exciting role, we are targeting students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a focus on Human Resources or Marketing. The ideal candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Depending on team requirements, you may need to work in PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office. Candidates must be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the co-op term and show proof of a valid work permit if necessary.

    Responsibilities:

    • Champion safety and environmental compliance
    • Support leadership development initiatives
    • Create communications and training materials
    • Work on Talent Management projects
    • Track metrics and conduct research
    • Ensure task completion
    • Provide administrative assistance as needed

    Requirements:

    • Working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a focus on Human Resources or Marketing
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality
    • Passion for technology
    • Previous co-op experience is beneficial
    • Spanish communication skills are a plus

    Salary Range: $3900 - $5000

    Salary is based on academic semesters and previous co-op experiences.
