    Description

    is working with a full service accounting firm in Etobicoke, in their search for a Part-Time Bookkeeper.

    If you're looking for a great working environment and interesting clients, this role is for you

    Full Cycle Bookkeeping: AP/AR, preparing and posting invoices, month-end closing, bank reconciliations, government remittances (HST, EHT), accruals, and adjusting entries, WSIB, T4/T5 preparation

    Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements

    Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

    Maintains and balances General ledger

    Processing payroll in a timely manner for the firm's clients

    Job Requirements:

    Full Cycle Accounting: 5 years

    Quickbooks Enterprise: 5 years

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent client service skills, with the desire and ability to understand the clients' businesses

    Dedication and strong work ethic
    Must demonstrate the ability to work in a timely manner.
