From 2021 to 2023, I held a contract role as an Administrative Assistant, supporting three department Chiefs at Unity Health Toronto's St. Joseph's site. Preceding this, my tenure spanned from 2016 to 2021 as a Support Assistant, providing administrative and client-care support within the Municipal Government, encompassing the Division of Transportation Services and Toronto Public Health. Earlier in my career, I provided senior-level administrative support to the Division Head of Rheumatology at Sickkids, as well as extended assistance to healthcare professionals across multiple major hospitals throughout the City of Toronto.

In 2005, I attended George Brown College for Medical Office Assistant training. Since then, I have actively pursued ongoing part-time education at George Brown College, focusing on courses directly relevant to my expertise as an administrative professional. This commitment to continuous learning allows me to stay updated with the latest advancements in my field and further refine my skills to better serve in my role.
