Accountabilities & Impact:


  • Support People Operations Partners and leaders with tracking and summarizing people movement data as part of our commitment to global talent planning and executive succession.
  • Create leadership tools, materials, and support 360 Feedback administration.
  • Coordinate and report on 3RD party development initiatives such as coaching, Women In Leadership (WIL), Mentor Advisor Program, and Leaders2
  • Create resource materials, work back schedules and communication templates for regular cycles related to performance management, talent planning, engagement surveys and annual compliance training.

Skills & Experiences Needed:


  • 2+ years supporting the proactive delivery of HR programs; performance management, career development, onboarding, training, and engagement surveys preferred.
  • Experience building program tools and resources including visual and engaging ways to inform and teach employees, leaders, and HR.
  • Ability to generate reporting and build executive summaries using a variety of data sources.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
