Investigations Manager, Quality Assurance

The Opportunity:

The Investigations Specialist is responsible and accountable for conducting a variety of due diligence reviews


These reviews consist of:

  • Broker onboarding reviews and quality assessments
  • Appraiser reviews and quality assessments
  • When potential risk to the Company is identified, communicate findings in a concise manner
  • Writing summary reports
  • Manage all incoming inquiries in the Quality Assurance mailbox
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

The Requirements Needed:


  • University degree or postsecondary education and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written communication skills required. Must have the ability to summarize complex data in writing.
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clear and detailed explanation and analysis
  • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize extremely high volumes with tight deadlines.
