We are hiring an Investigation Specialist, Quality Assurance

Reporting To:
Investigations Manager, Quality Assurance

**Full-Time/Part

Time**: Fulltime

The Opportunity:

The Investigations Specialist is responsible and accountable for conducting a variety of due diligence reviews

These reviews consist of:

Broker onboarding reviews and quality assessments
Appraiser reviews and quality assessments
When potential risk to the Company is identified, communicate findings in a concise manner
Writing summary reports
Manage all incoming inquiries in the Quality Assurance mailbox
Other duties and projects as assigned.

The Requirements Needed:

University degree or postsecondary education and/or equivalent work experience
Strong written communication skills required. Must have the ability to summarize complex data in writing.
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to provide clear and detailed explanation and analysis
Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize extremely high volumes with tight deadlines.
