    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital professional to lead our Regional team. As Manager, you will drive exceptional people-focused support, foster a unique value-based culture and ensure our firm remains an employer of choice.

    About the Role

    In this dynamic role, you'll implement and support strategies, programs and processes that attract, develop, train and retain top talent. You will oversee human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management.

    • You will conduct role evaluations, post job requisitions contribute to recruitment plans proactively manage candidate experience to attract best talent on behalf of the organization acting as ambassador network for said entity consult mentor leaders through talent acquisition process issues related legal procedural compliance employee relations problem resolution total rewards performance management lead consistency of targets relevance process promotions transfers job classifications annual compensation cycle performance evaluations participate in conduct annual salary submissions related data prepare deliver presentations internal business facilitate workgroups training sessions meetings terminate employees appropriately conducting exit stay interviews participating dispute resolution meetings serve link between leadership team members managing inquiries employee relations educating self-service options analyze statistical reports trends determine identify address morale effectiveness turnover absenteeism productivity oversee facilitation regional learning development administration programs communicate disability matters benefits payroll teams manage payroll issues contribute new ideas approaches improve work processes mentor motivate coach team members towards professional personal development setting clear expectations providing feedback conducting performance reviews maintain flexibility travel necessary responsibilities such those listed below although not limited them:
