Server
We are currently seeking a server to join our team. This position will offer a flexible schedule and a host of benefits including a amazing work environment. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide all guests of the restaurant with friendly and consistent food & beverage service
Motivate and engage team members to deliver the best possible service to guests at all times.
Actively lead by example and maintain a supportive, positive and engaging experience
Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years serving experience in a similar environment.
Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices and techniques as they relate to pub service, specifically in a fivestar environment.
Highly organized, goal and results oriented with ability to execute plans and manage change effectively.
Effective decisionmaking abilities coupled with sound judgment.
Exceptional conflict resolution and objection handling skills.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
