Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, and in partnership with the HR Team, the TA Partner will be part of a strategic and collaborative team, working together to ensure we hire the best talent with the right skills and a shared passion for our values.

Your Role

Start each day with Cosmetica's core values and safety in mind.
Work closely with our leaders to develop a talent sourcing and attraction strategy.
Support the development of talent brand assets for targeted campaigns and other TA programs
Fullcycle recruitment activities, from job postings to offer letter generation.
Work closely with HR Business Partners and provide support with internal transfers and promotions.
Work collaboratively with peers to identify, develop, and implement future improvements in Cosmetica's recruitment and selection practices.
Leverage talent data and insights through internal and thirdparty technologies to develop targeted talent attraction and engagement strategies.

Your Background
years of industry experience that in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment

Desire to be well versed in Cosmetica's brand and understand how the individual business units work together to achieve our vision.
Collaborative team player that can work independently when required.
Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities and requests for support.
Demonstrate a high level of discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity are all critical to longterm success.
