    Job Title

    Data & Analytics – Principal

    So, what will I do?

  • Act as a senior client advisor in advanced analytics and data engineering as a subject matter exporter through delivery excellence.
  • Lead development and execution of highly complex data platforms that support advanced analytics applications.
  • Gather technical and business requirements, design architecture, and technical solution approaches.
  • Create practice collateral, including go-to-market offerings, marketing materials, and thought leadership.
  • Manage highly complex analytical projects from data discovery to data platform builds, to model building, performance evaluation, and testing.
  • Partner with account teams to qualify sales opportunities, write proposals and statements of work.
  • Lead with a business-forward demeanour to drive quality work that improves competitive edge in the market.

    • And, what will I bring?

  • 5+ years of experience delivering insights through data solutions.
  • Experience leading a successful, positive, productive technical team.
  • Experience at unlocking technical opportunities and working with clients through their Data & Analytics maturity lifecycle.
  • Experience with delivery on cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks or Snowflake preferred), dashboard and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) in enterprise environments.
  • Prior consulting experience - working closely with clients to shape and sell work.
  • Experience in technical pre-sales, managing teams – putting people first, and managing business operations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data platforms, Kimball architecture, data lakes, and experience designing modern data architecture to support business use cases.

    • Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements.
