Position Summary:


  • Responsible for providing day to day support for both Spa Care Experts (Aestheticians and Registered Massage Therapists) and handling guests issues.
  • Check appointments daily, weekly to meet business demands
- maximizing schedule.

  • Trouble shoot and resolve issues related to spa services.
  • May assume some tasks such as generating reports, payroll, etc.
  • Ensures that spa services are performed to protocol, and on time as allocated on the guest's itineraries.
  • Address departmental staff concerns and issues, recommending problem solutions.
  • Coaches to ensure that training is upheld and respected.
  • Understands and promotes the Company's Mission, Vision and Values and provides direction to staff accordance to our company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that our valuable guests are treated and regarded as our first priority at all times.
  • Monitor treatment rooms and service areas daily to ensure they are kept neat, clean and in compliance with spa standards and health and safety regulations.

Skills/Qualifications/Education:


  • Must have minimum 1 years' experience preferably in a Spa environment.
  • Preference to certified Aesthetician by trade, through a reputable aesthetics institute or a Registered Massage Therapist or combined relevant work and educational experience no less than 1 year which may include product, skin type education and performing body treatments. Where there is no product training there is an expectation that training will be undertaken within the first 6 months in the role.

Physical Requirements:


  • Primarily involves walking combined with different and varying degrees of sitting and standing.
  • Must have the ability to climb short flights of stairs.
  • Must have upper limb coordination keyboarding, instructing staff of protocols.
  • Continuous lack of privacy and frequent interruptions with verbal interaction
  • Frequent reading of fine print
  • Regulated indoor climate.
  • Works within a building where oils are infused into the air (to stimulate senses pertaining to a delightful spa experience)
  • Frequently 4069% of time lifts/reaches up to 10 kg from waist to shoulder or from floor to shoulder.
  • Frequently pulls or pushes trolley loaded with product baskets weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Continuously uses hands to grip product/pens.
  • Requires manual dexterity to input inventory into computer.
