The Role
We are seeking h well organized, self-directed team player who is skilled at relationship building and change management. The individual should be comfortable with day-to-day tasks and taking on new projects. They should be confident enough to liaise with key stakeholders and ask important questions. Process and procedure-oriented with experience supporting Sales Teams and working out of a CRM Tool. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities when new deadlines arise. Proactive when it comes to CRM data integrity, and happy to support your teammates.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on Salesforce and Pardot administration.
Strong technical skills in Salesforce and Pardot, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and able to work independently.
