Responsibilities

Conceive, design, conduct, and develop biochemical or cellbased assays required for bioreagent functional validation, compound screening, or biomarker detection
Report, interpret, and troubleshoot assay outcomes, propose and test strategies for assay optimization and improvement
Generate data graph and full assay protocol for product release
Work with production and QA team, improve product design and related processes and procedures and troubleshoot technical issues
Work with internal/external partners, analyze and evaluate potential custom/collaborative projects involving assay development, prepare proposals and technical reports on project progression
Work with internal partners on assayrelated material procurement
Maintain mammalian cell culture as well as general laboratory equipment as per company SOPs
Assist in the training/coaching of new team members
Conduct all activities in accordance with the company's safety guidelines and policies.
Report to the leader of the Assay Team

Requirements:

MSc with 2+ years' experience or PhD in biochemistry, chemical biology, pharmaceutical sciences, experimental medicine, or related discipline
Prior laboratory experience with assay development is preferred
Competency in cellbased assays, immunoassays, and advanced data analysis
Knowledge of various assay technologies such as luminescence, fluorescence, flow cytometry, and concepts of enzymology
Ability to communicate technical findings and proposals effectively in verbal and written format
Ability to work under mínimal supervision and as part of a team
Ability to create and establish priorities, manage work plans, and meet timelines
Must be detailoriented and highly selfmotivated

Pay:
$50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
