We are actively searching for a
Janitorial Service Supervisor** to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Janitorial Service Supervisor, you will be entrusted with overseeing the business operations of designated client service areas.

This role involves field support, including training, guidance for new clients, conducting inspections to ensure Contractor compliance, addressing client requests and complaints, arranging site visits, and fostering enduring relationships with both clients and Contractors.

Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in contract negotiations, supply procurement, and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage client relationships, keeping them happy and growing our services.
  • Create customized service plans for clients.
  • Negotiate deals and pricing with clients.
  • Make sure our service teams are doing a great job.
  • Help clients with any requests or issues.
  • Get supplies for clients and promote more services.
  • Use our tools to keep everything organized.
  • Make schedules for special tasks.
  • Keep important client info up to date.
  • Work with the team to improve client satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Required 2+ years B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management.
  • 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support.
  • Highly detailoriented and excellent followthrough on commitments.
  • Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally.
