- Communicate our brand and bring concepts to life that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
- Bring to life our brand philosophy into traditional assets such as magazine advertisements, catalogs, brochures, sales and merchandising material, etc.
- Digital design: Create visually engaging content for digital advertisements, etc. that align with digital design trends.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders related to merchandising, events and digital development to align designs with overall strategies.
- Provide creative input and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
- Perform quality control of all final deliverables to ensure they are consistent and aligned with brand guidelines and brief.
- Diploma in infographics/graphic design or the equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience;
- Master in Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat);
- Bilingual – French & English (English is required to serve our clients in the United States);
- Good knowledge of prepress;
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
- Experience in HTML, an asset;
- Versatility, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management software such as Teamwork and Monday.
- Experience in retouching photos in accordance with brand guidelines for both product and lifestyle images (nice to have).
