EMBROIDERY MACHINE OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Operate Tajima embroidery machines to embroider designs on different
materials, ensuring precision and quality.
Setup and Preparation:
Set up machines with the correct thread, needles, fabric, hoops and design
patterns according to job requirements. Load garments, align letters, numbers and logos.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor embroidery process, inspect finished products for quality, and make
necessary adjustments to ensure consistent and accurate designs.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment to ensure optimal
performance and longevity of the machines.
Documentation:
Maintain records of designs, thread usage, production output, and any machine
maintenance or issues encountered.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the machinery,
ensuring a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience of 3-5 years operating Tajima or similar embroidery machines in a
- At least 2 years experience in hooping a garment onto the machine.
- Proficiency in setting up designs, changing threads, and addressing minor machine issues.
- Ability to ensure precision and accuracy in the embroidered designs and detect flaws or irregularities.
- Capability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required in a manufacturing
- English speaking is a must.
- Must be able to work and collaborate within a team setting.
Monday to Friday.
