Job description
We build what we believe are the best webinar presentations in the space. Long-form, high-converting, direct response sales presentations — and we need a talented Canva designer to help us finish them.This is a project-based role and you will be fully trained by our internal team. You do not need to have done work like this before.
What you do need is a genuine eye for design, the ability to follow and replicate existing styles, and the initiative to get things done without being chased.
Here's what the work looks like:
Our presentations are 90–120 minutes long, one point per slide, and often run between 500 and 1,000 slides per deck.
Your job is to take that text, apply our design systems and styles, and produce slides that match the standard we've set across more than two dozen completed decks.
You'll need to be proactive.That means going out and finding what you need — searching a client's Instagram, YouTube, or social media to source relevant photos and visuals.
Case studies and client materials will be provided to you via Google Drive.We're not looking for someone who waits to be handed everything.
You also need to understand the rhythm of a sales presentation.
Direct response marketing isn't random — the design choices you make should reflect where the audience is in the presentation emotionally and psychologically.
We'll train you on our approach, but you need to be someone who gets it once shown.Examples of our work:

You must be fluent in English and proficient in Canva. That's the baseline.
Beyond that, we're looking for someone with a real design sensibility — someone who takes pride in the work and pays attention to the details without being told twice.
