Job description
We're looking for a highly reliable PowerPoint designer to support our team by building polished slides within an existing presentation style system.
We already have a defined look and feel; your job will be to execute cleanly and consistently, not reinvent the visual language.
The first project will be a short, unstyled 5-slide deck. We'll also provide several reference decks to communicate our style preferences. If the first project goes well, this will turn into ongoing work with regular slide production.Scope of Work
- Design PowerPoint slides using our existing visual style and templates
- Translate rough / unstyled content into polished, executive ready slides
- Apply consistent typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Data visualization (charts, simple diagrams)
- Minor visual cleanup of existing slides when needed
- Fast turnaround required (often same day or next day delivery)
- Comfortable working with tight timelines and iteration cycles
- You will be added to our project management tool (ClickUp) for task tracking, feedback, and workflow management
- Strong PowerPoint design skills (consulting, strategy, or executive deck experience preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow an existing design system precisely
- Clear communication and responsiveness
- Comfortable working in a structured production workflow (tasks, deadlines, revisions via ClickUp)
- Experience designing decks for consulting firms, enterprise, or B2B audiences
- Ability to improve layout and visual clarity without over designing
- Familiarity with presentation storytelling and slide hierarchy
- One unstyled 5 slide deck
- We will provide reference decks to define style preferences
- This is a paid trial project ($50)
- If successful, you will be added to our ongoing slide production workflow
