    Are you skilled in Employment Law and enjoy assisting clients with workplace issues? Our client, a reputable law firm in Ottawa, is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join them full-time. Reach out to us today to delve into this opportunity further.

    Compensation: $90,000-$105,000 annually

    About you:

    To excel in this role, you must have:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Ontario lawyer specializing in employment law.
    • Completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.
    • Skills in drafting employment contracts and representing clients in various legal proceedings.
    • Ability to provide counsel to employers on workplace issues.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
    • Capability to work independently on client matters.

    About the position:

    If selected, your responsibilities will include:

    • Advising clients on workplace matters like employment standards and human rights.
    • Aiding employers in developing workplace policies and contracts.
    • Guiding on employment agreements and termination rights.
    • Representing clients in employment disputes.
