Job Summary_

We are looking for a competent, physically strong and hardworking
Construction Worker—to work on buildings, roads, and other construction projects and help bring the plans of architects and engineers to life as complete, solid structures.

Experience with equipment on relevant projects is essential. The incumbent must also be able and willing to adapt to seasons' duties and changing weather conditions.

What We Expect From You:
Duties and Responsibilities_

With the utmost attention to safety at all times, erect and break up scaffolding, ramps etc.
Assist tradesmen and machine operators with assigned construction projects
Smooth and level new concrete or other material
Unload and carry materials at the construction site
Useful with power tools and experience operating machines
Forklift experience
Clean out site from debris and discarded materials
Maintain outdoors; cut grass or clean and remove snow when needed to ensure safety
Place safety signs where needed

What You Bring to

Adamson Systems:
Skills & Experience_

A minimum of oneyears' experience as an able and dependable construction worker, with references
Relevant experience with operating heavy equipment like trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers, etc.
Knowledge and experience mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.)
Basic knowledge of Engineering/Construction principles and methods
Ability to demonstrate physical strength, endurance, and working well with your hands
Excellent eyehand coordination and balance
A record of working well in collaboration with others; as well as adhering to safety rules and instructions.
