    CedarCreek Estate Winery:

    What You'll Do

    • Support for on-site events including weddings, corporate functions and, wine club events
    • Work cooperatively under the direction of the senior Chefs on all matters of the kitchen
    • Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by Executive Chef and Events Sous Chef
    • Ensure all food products are properly received and stored, including proper labeling and rotation of all food ingredients in the coolers, freezers, and dry storage

    What You Have

    • 1+ years experience in a similar role
    • Culinary Diploma is an asset
    • Strong cooking techniques and ingredient knowledge
    • A proven understanding of and a sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge
    • Current "Food Safe" certification (or equivalent)
