Curtis International is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Consumer Electronics and small appliances. We supply National and Regional retailers with a broad range of product.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Accounts Manager. This is an individual contributor role and will be reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. You will be calling on a number of key accounts and secondary accounts across several geographic areas.

You will build and maintain relationships with your accounts and have day-to-day interaction in all facets of the sales process.

The positions main objective is to sell to the company's customers with the goal of increasing sales, revenue and profit.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with customers
Travel to visit customers at their main buying offices
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years work experience in a sales role selling to retailers
Must be able to close a deal
Ability to manage sales process from start to finish
Ability to analyze retailer assortments and identify how the company's product can add value to the retailer
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical skills with a problemsolving attitude
Demonstrates honesty, integrity and ethical conduct. Accepts ownership and accountability for own actions
Availability to travel extensively as needed

Compensation package will be in line with experience with significant potential upside.

Salary:
$85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
