    Description

    Harrison Pensa is actively recruiting a self-driven and highly organized candidate for a Legal Assistant position in our Real Estate Group.

    Performing a variety of administrative duties;
    Preparing transactional documentation with purchases, sales and mortgages (includes agreements of purchase and sale);
    Completion of real estate and commercial deals;
    Opening files, preparation of invoices, accounts and reports, closing of files;
    Post-secondary Law Clerk diploma or related discipline;
    ~1 – 3 years of experience in Real Estate Law is an asset;
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and legal industry software.
