Responsible for coordinating the process of Spare Part sales by converting customer purchase orders and quotations into sales orders, as well as assisting internal and external customers in daily inquiries.

Contribute and provide support to positively influence overall team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize the system information to assist our customers in identifying part number related inquiries that are not available to them through their Husky Web account or customer product documentation
Effectively manage quotes and sales orders by working with our Inventory, Purchasing and Engineering teams to quickly provide our customers with uptodate accurate information
Work closely with regional Sales and Service teams to ensure prompt, accurate service for all internal and external customer requests
Maintain uptodate knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology
Support the monitoring of the team dashboards and daily team activities to control backlog
Provide specialized support to customers with nonmachine products (eg: molds and hot runners)
Provide global support based on prevailing business initiatives on the quote/order process
Assist with deep dives into orders to understand gaps from E2E of the order/shipment process

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post Secondary Education (College Diploma or University Degree) preferred or 35 years of relevant experience
Previous Customer support experience
Highly proficient in spoken and written English, secondary and tertiary language skills a strong asset
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Must be able to work independently in a highpaced environment and be selfmotivated
Solid technical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers
Must be available to work some rotational shifts as well as support on weekends and after hours
Proficiency in Baan LN and/or Baan 4 is an asset
Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
