    Job Description

    While reporting to the CEO and working with our other Key Accounts Representatives, the Key Account Manager will be the most important point of contact with investors, from responding to various questions regarding property pricing, Airbnb advertisements and general inquiries, to onboarding them properly as first-time Investors with S&T. The right candidate must be comfortable with face-to-face meetings with Investors and going to our properties in Calgary, Canmore and Golden to complete tasks and projects. This position requires great communication skills, professionalism and dedication. In addition, they must have a facility to internalize our processes and procedures in every investor interaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the CEO in business decisions and projects.
    • Communicate with investors via phone, email, video call and in person.
    • Prepare and administer contracts for the provision of property services, between S&T Properties and the investors.
    • Investigate operational issues and provide solutions.
    • Complete business license application and renewal for each municipality.
    • Create different reports for various stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Upload issues and requests made by investors to our internal tracker and monitor them.
    • Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and other softwares to record client notes and keep track of client requests.
    • Analyze and withdraw revenue data for the various vacation destinations.
    • Work closely with other departments such as Accounting and Projects Management.
    • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor rogress and cost of work for property owners.
    • Ensure that Investor inquiries are answered and acted upon.

    Ideal Profile

    Skills

    • Adept at answering inquiries over multiple platforms (email, phone and video call)
    • Possess great interpersonal skills and active listening skills.
    • Possess problem-solving skills and can adapt to changing situations.
    • Adept at communicating, negotiating and establishing relationships with investors.
    • Comfortable with certain accounting and financial terms.
    • Is meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
    • Can use sales and marketing techniques at the appropriate time.
    • Able to work independently as well as part of a team and with other departments.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
    • Minimum of 1 year of resolving moderate to complex issues (ex: disputes).
    • Minimum of 2 years of combined managerial experience.
    • Proven experience using AirDNA, Airtable, Excel, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects.
    • Proven professional oral, writing and listening English skills.
    • Proven experience with a property management company.
    • Proven familiarity with Airbnb and its policies.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Must have a bachelor's in a relevant field (Tourism Management, Commerce, etc.)
    • Additional certifications are considered an asset.
    • Prior experience in the Hotel industry is considered an asset.
