What You'll Bring:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
10+ years of Software Development experience
5+ years of team management/ lead experience
Experience with SOAP or REST web services
Fluency in SQL and Unixbased file systems
Experience in Git, Mercurial, Jenkins, Artifactory, Rhodecode, Sonar
Any one
Working experience of Agile Scrum and Kanban
Strong at understanding requirements and transforming business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
Experience interacting with business users to accurately understand their business area and their requirements.
Good understanding of theories, methodologies and principals underlying software development
Broad and indepth technology skills including Java, relational databases, ETL tools, Windows and Linux servers, networking
Familiar with AWS Cloud or Azure Cloud;
Experience leading a team of 45 developers including coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback
Proficient and comfortable working with different stakeholders across multiple domains
Focused work ethic, with openness and drive to explore new ideas and technologies
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
