Clark Builders is hiring Construction Cleaners for work in Calgary. This role will be responsible for site cleanliness during and after construction activities on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings. The Cleaner may work in active constructions areas with other workers nearby, or they may have to work alone.

Reporting to:
Foreman or Superintendent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping.
Wiping, lights, counters, walls, offices, etc.
Dusting.
Collecting garbage and debris from all areas of project.
Sorting of recycled materials.
Maintaining a clean construction site.
Maintain organization of storage containers.
Additional duties as required.
Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner.
Adhere to Clark Builders' policies and procedures.

Skills and Knowledge:

The physical ability to safely perform repetitive motions, bending, crouching and/or kneeling for long periods throughout the day.
Attention to detail.
The ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications:

Experience working in commercial/industrial construction is considered an asset.
Valid First Aid certificate an asset.
