- Administer full-cycle accounts payable
- Ensure bank payments are timely
- Assist with preparing balance sheet reconciliations and account schedules
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings processes
- Work within the accounting team to meet financial close deadlines
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with the audit of financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Financial data confidentiality and database backups as required
- Additional duties as assigned
- Enrolled in accounting or finance program at post-secondary institution
- Proficient in MS Office applications (eg.Excel)
