Administrative Assistant


Keller Developments is a fun, fast-paced work environment devoted to providing clients with anything from their dream home to a modern new multi-unit revenue property to a commercial business space.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. This position will be full time based on 35 hours per week.


Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
  • Assisting in team event planning
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Manage insurance for fleet of vehicles across multiple companies.
  • Perform errands such as purchasing office supplies, bank deposits, etc. as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Well organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Valid class 5 license required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative position an asset.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office in an office environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • IT background or knowledge is an asset.
  • QuickBooks experience is an asset.

  • Brandon, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
