Administrative Assistant
Keller Developments is a fun, fast-paced work environment devoted to providing clients with anything from their dream home to a modern new multi-unit revenue property to a commercial business space.
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
- Assisting in team event planning
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Manage insurance for fleet of vehicles across multiple companies.
- Perform errands such as purchasing office supplies, bank deposits, etc. as needed.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Well organized and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Valid class 5 license required.
- Previous experience in an administrative position an asset.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office in an office environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- IT background or knowledge is an asset.
- QuickBooks experience is an asset.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brandon, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
