About the Company
WinnerMax Capital Inc. is a Canadian institutional investor with a global investment footprint. We are value-oriented investors in public markets, private equity, venture capital, and real estate.

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team

What do you do

Prepare journals and books to the internal accounting system
Track key strategic investment initiatives to understand business performance
Work with complex data and information (KPIs) from multiple sources and produce summaries to present to business partners and stakeholders
Conduct financial analysis and audit coordination
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and make improvements
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and ensure that all accounts are recorded properly
Provide adhoc reporting and support special projects as required

What do you need to succeed

Must have

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities within structured deadlines and deliverables

Nice to have

Pursuing CPA designation with solid knowledge of ASPE or IFRS
Knowledge of the Private Equity Fund and Venture Capital investment would be an asset
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is considered an asset
