The Manager, Service Delivery is responsible for leading the implementation, delivery, and integration of technology projects, solutions, and operations through coordination and partnership with Technology department managers, business leaders, and external stakeholders.

Leading and driving continuous process improvement with a focus on change management.


Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively with the Technology management team to project manage and lead technology initiatives with a focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and change management. Includes coordinating, tracking, and reporting initiative and project schedules.
  • Provide leadership in process/continuous improvement, working with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities to increase value (improve performance, quality, or reduce cost) reduce complexity in service delivery across all lines of business. Includes establishing and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead the knowledge management practice in coordination and collaboration with technology leadership and stakeholders. Includes establishing a knowledge management solution, processes, and procedures for managing and maintaining technology and related knowledge.
  • Lead foundational business intelligence and reporting opportunities including establishing and documenting initial data mapping and coordination activities.
  • Lead a team of technology professionals to deliver on key accountabilities.

Qualifications and Knowledge:


  • Previous experience in a management role in a related technology field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, plan, and implement within the area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong communication (verbal/written/presentation). Mature interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and influence all types of stakeholders including those that are highly technical and specialized.
  • High level of motivation and integrity with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Process improvement Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service KPIs/reporting/processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a project successfully through the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with software development projects, initiatives, and industry practices.
