Wesgroup Properties, a leading real estate company in Western Canada, is looking to expand its team by hiring a Manager, Payroll & Benefits. If you're detail-oriented and experienced, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Accountabilities:
  • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
  • Oversee payroll operations, provide leadership, and training.
  • Manage payroll processing, reporting, and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Communicate payroll and benefits information to employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Reconcile compensation transactions.
  • Generate payroll reports.
  • Implement new policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
  • PCP or PLP Certification.
  • 5+ years of payroll management experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Expected Compensation:
  • The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
