Role Summary:


As Logistics Associate Intern at CCRM, you will be involved in the operations of our Centre for Cell and Vector Production (CCVP) facility.

You will support all aspects of materials flow, maintain control and accuracy of inventories and supplies, and communicate requirements from users to internal planning and procurement teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Ships, receives and manages materials/inventory within a biotech manufacturing facility.
  • Maintains master data in SAP enterprise resource planning and quality management software, including pricing, lead time and vendor data.
  • Creates and maintains supply chain reports, as assigned.
  • Assists logistics and procurement supervisors, as required.
  • Complies with all Good Manufacturing Practices policies.

Qualifications:


  • 23 years in a bachelor's or diploma program in an engineering, supply chain or businessrelated discipline.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks to completion.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Handson materials handling experience is an asset.
  • Experience in customer service is beneficial.
  • Software (AutoCAD, Visio, SQL) or programming experience.
