Aurora Orthodontics is excited to add a driven and passionate Treatment Coordinator to our well-established practice in Aurora, ON.

What you will be doing - Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach.
  • Review the patient's health and medical history and determine their goals for treatment.
  • Assist in the orthodontic examination, entering data and listening to the conversation between patient and doctor taking appropriate notes in the patient's chart.
  • Review the treatment plan with the patient and use the available tools to educate them on the available options. (Videos, powerpoint, pictures, etc.).
  • Work with the patient and/or responsible party to design financial payment plans that work for them and help our patients attain the beautiful smile they've always wanted.
  • Generate correspondence from initial consultation and recall examinations for the referring dentist or other specialists.
  • Follow up with patients who are ready to start treatment.
  • Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other dental specialists or general practitioners.
  • Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.
  • Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

  • You are observant and a good listener.

What you bring - qualifications:


  • Orthodontic experience, minimum 1 year.
  • Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
  • Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
  • Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good with writing correspondence, mindful of grammar and spelling.
