Responsibilities:

Liaison between Canada Square Customers & Oxford Management on the day-to-day requests noted through our 310-MAXX program.

Manage successful completion of 100% of all 310-MAXX calls.

Provide Management staff with 310 MAXX statistics, create monthly reports & chair monthly meeting

Code invoices through Basware, check payments through JD Edwards and learn budget and basic financial reporting standards.


Schedule and maintain all freight elevator bookings through the freight calendar and process charge back to customers for Security as required.


Process fire protection forms & hot work permits, gaining required approvals & creating charge back forms as necessary from 310 MAXX.

Place service calls as necessary to outside vendors, Waste providers, pest control, door contractors


Assist with Property Proud program, encourage & motivate staff to participate as a team to maintain Canada Square at our high standard.

Conduct follow up calls to our customers to seek feed back on their requests.

Responsible to create, task, and schedule Domestic Water Tanks on Angus Anywhere

Assist with capital projects coordinating with Tenants and Building Operations as needed.

Construct and develop ideas to improve work processes.

Work with Word, Excel & Power Point creating reports, customer memos & tracking spreadsheets.

Manage purchase order process to ensure receipt and payment (including verification and coding of all vendor invoices.

Contact and manage vendor Insurance verification

Assist with Capital Projects documentation and invoices

Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts


Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be friendly, proactive & results oriented

A passion for excellence in customer service delivery

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Knowledge of access card systems and security would be an asset

University Degree or College Diploma considered an asset
