We are looking for an Account Manager, FI, to help grow our business and contribute to our future.


As the Account Manager, FI you will be responsible to support the sales team by building and managing a pipeline of potential deals within the Financial segment to feed the sales process.

This includes cold calling prospective clients and generating interest to pursue a discover session, following up on leads from industry relevant conferences, and recommendations such as referrals of newly identified key accounts to relevant ESC Partners.

Reporting to Director of FI Sales, other highlights include:


  • Develop relationships and maintain regular customer touch points with current small to midsize accounts. This will include soliciting feedback on customer products, services and interactions with ESC to ensure customer satisfaction. This will also involve relationship management, problem solving and creating awareness around expansion of services.
  • Organize and participate in training sessions with prospective clients and/or current clients with potential account growth. This will include providing Registry Complete (or other) demos and conducting discovery sessions with clients to help identify additional ESC product or services that may fit the clients needs.
  • Identify issues and potential product enhancements through customer contact and relationship management to increase competitiveness of the product suite. This will include working collaboratively with the Business Development / Solutions Team and IT to identify and resolve issues and to provide high level requirements for new and existing products.
  • Support the Sales and Solutions team with implementations, projects and other tasks as needed.

What you'll need:

  • 13+ years of experience working in a sales position.
  • Ability to multitask and organize large amounts of information and data.
  • Bilingual in English & French is an asset.

This position will work a hybrid work arrangement consisting of both in-office and remote work.
