Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join their team. This remote, work-from-home Outside Sales role based in the Kelowna area offers you the flexibility to manage your territory effectively.

**Competitive Salary:** $65,560-$78,540 bae pay + commissions, OTE year one of $130,000+. Commission averages for 2023 were $93k, in addition to the generous base pay. Top earners earn excess of $250,000 annually.

**Your Role:**
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

**Prospecting & Closing:** Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and achieve budgeted sales goals.
**Retention & Growth:** Manage existing accounts, secure contracts, and grow billable value by selling new services and products.
**Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle escalations and provide ongoing education on contract details.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and maintain strong business-to-business relationships
Achieve sales goals through strategic prospecting and closing
Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline of new prospects
Minimize revenue loss by handling cancellation requests and enhancing customer relationships
Propose solutions that comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer service and profitability

**Qualifications:**

**Education:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience
**Experience:** 4+ years in direct B2B sales, cold calling, prospecting and closing sales. A tie to the waste industry is a plus+
**Skills:** Strong relationship-building, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. A rock-solid resolve to win and succeed
