- Check, report, repair any and all equipment failures
- Job changes, tests complete to highest efficiency and highest quality
- Product handling equipment setups and repairs
- Grinding equipment repairs, Vacuum and loading repairs
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment to component level
- Installing equipment and auxiliary equipment as required
- Repairing of component failure (i.e. Hydraulic pumps, valves, Pneumatic valves)
- Fabrication of parts from drawings
- Repairing of Tool room equipment
- Rebuilding of equipment (i.e. Molding machines, Grinders, Pumps)
- Responsible for housekeeping in the plant interior and exterior
- Responsible for procedural plant shutdowns and startups
- Ability to operate new equipment
- Updating and keeping logs for all new equipment
- Maintaining files for equipment
- Must be able to operate tow motor
- 433a Industrial Millwright ticket
- 25+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience with CNC machines
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, laser glass printing
- Having experience within the Aluminum or Glass industry would be a definite asset
- General working knowledge of safe electrical practices
- Familiarity with power tools, grinders, cutting torches, welding machines
- Quick learner that is adaptable and teamoriented
