    Description
    Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and metrics. Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions to meet those requirements. Work with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends and recommend improvements to our data infrastructure and processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts on best practices and principles. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
    Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
    Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
    Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
    Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
