Join our growing team With each client you are given the entire home-buying process will be under your direction, with advice and guidance from Team Feras Riyal.

You will be the buyer's point of contact and make sure they have a pleasant experience throughout the whole buying process, from contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and ultimate sale.

Participate in open houses, schedule showings, and take prospective buyers to see homes.

Compensation:

80,000+

Responsibilities:

Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Ensure potential home buyers are wellinformed about their local housing market
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
Reach out to prequalified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
Possess a valid driver's license and can travel by car
