    Description

    Iris's direct client, one of the leading Banking and Financial Company, is looking to hire a Senior Java Developer (SMTP Experience) for a long term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position). Please respond back with your most recent resume if you would be interested..

    Position: Senior Java Developer (SMTP Experience)

    Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Role –3 Days in Office/week)

    Duration: Long Term Contract role (12+ Months)

    Experience Band : Minimum 8-10 years

    Primary Skills:

    • Experience in Implementing and Administering SMTP Relay servers, SMTP related networking, Data encryption - at rest and transit
    • Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java 8 or later.
    • Good Knowledge of RDBMS and any messaging technology( e.g. Apache James/Apache Flume/Solace/IBM MQ/Kafka); writing clean, readable java code with unit tests
    • Experience in Azure/AWS networking.

    Nice to have skills:

    • Experience in developing Payment Gateways for Financial Services clients is highly preferred.
