The Tools & Technology team enables creativity by building and supporting tools and pipelines that move content from third-party digital content creation (DCC) packages into the game engine.

You will work with our Senior Experience Designer to provide innovative solutions for content creation and acquisition that allow Electronic Arts to lead the industry in content quality, efficiency, and iteration time.

Responsibilities

You will assist with user research and will help gather feedback into user centered design goals.
You will assist with discovery sessions with customers to identify new problems or to validate the current problems, with the support of the Product Manager.
You will produce experience and user journey maps, wireframes, low/high fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent, while maintaining usercentered design principles at the forefront.

Qualifications

A portfolio or project showing usercentered designs across digital products in areas such as ecommerce or digital asset management, demonstrating how you used research and data to inform your designs.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of usercentered design methodologies
An understanding and some experience of user research methodologies and user data analysis.
