What You'll Be Working On:


Integrated Marketing (60%)

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager by executing and delivering on campaigns, including the development of strategic briefs, collaborating on the production of creative assets and distribution plans, and facilitating crossfunctional key milestones
  • Project manage key marketing campaigns and activities, overseeing timelines, deadlines and key planning milestones
  • Ensure business objectives and priorities are disseminated across the team to inform decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain the brand marketing calendar within a continuous planning cycle
  • Optimize processes and recurring touchpoints to streamline crossfunctional operations and communication, ensuring information transparency and alignment across the organization
  • Maintain documentation, decks and resources, ensuring central sources of truth with consistent clarity and accuracy

Product Marketing (40%)

  • In collaboration with the merchandising and product design teams, source all relevant product information preseason for consumerfacing teams and disseminate accordingly. This includes materials packages, design inspiration, and technical/product knowledge documentation, among others
  • Preseason and inseason, conceptualize and disseminate product marketing concepts that are compelling for the Kotn customer, based on product knowledge, and align with merchandising priorities to channel leads
  • Collaborate with channel owners and creative team to translate business and product priorities to consumerfacing channels

Additional Requirements:


  • 3+ years in brand or product marketing, ideally in retail or fashion
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills with a high attention to detail, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and react to changing business needs
  • Positive attitude, flexible and adaptive
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
