Line Manager Position:
Protective Services Manager Continental Shift
Purpose of Role:
The core mission of the ESO Supervisor is to supervise, direct, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the ESOs, as well as aid in training & development and performance appraisals.
The ESO Supervisor also ensures that all complaints and issues are rectified efficiently and effectively.Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the supervision of both ESOs Level 1 and 2, as well as Level 3 (ACC) during assigned shifts.
- Ensures that assigned duties are properly executed.
- Provides the following functions as they relate to ESOs.
- Training & Development
- Assigning and directing tasks/responsibilities
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Maintaining a consistent attendance record
- Ensures all SOPs and applicable laws are adhered to and enforced.
- Interacts with local law enforcement agencies, as required.
- Interacts with clients and employees in a professional manner.
- Ensures overall protection of company assets.
- Adheres to all company rules, regulations and policies and is up to date on any changes.
- Maintains professionalism as it relates to the department, company, and community.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Mobile patrol and alarm response experience (13 years minimum)
- Postsecondary education with specialization in protective services/related areas (desired)
- Valid Province of Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid Ontario Driver's License (G or higher)
- Clean Driver's Abstract

Up to $29.18 per hour
