_Association for New Canadians (ANC)__ is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to the provision of settlement and integration services for immigrants and refugees._

Job Title:
Driver**
Location: St. John's, NL

Position Type: 2 part-time positions

Closing Date:
March 30, 2023

Reporting to the Transportation Co-ordinator, the
Driver is responsible for assigned transportation requests and providing support when needed.

Duties include:

Transportation of clients to and from various appointments (e.g., school appointments, etc.
Group transports
Various transportation and logístical needs as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Capacity to work outside core hours required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have valid class 4 driver's licence (24passenger bus), Class 2 >24 Passengers an asset.
Minimum of 3 years driving experience with class 2 or 4 driver's licence preferred.
Must have a clean driver's abstract.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Digital literacy is an asset.
Ability to effectively communicate with Newcomers to Canada
Must be able to document and record statistics for reporting purposes.
Flexible to work outside of standard core hours.
