Tabangi Motors is currently seeking an ambitious and personable individual to join our diverse team as an
Automotive Sales Representative/Financial Services Manager. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a long-term career with above-average compensation, we want to hear from you
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This hybrid position involves selling vehicles and guiding customers through the financing process, including presenting and selling various warranties and protections.
- Following the sales and F&I process in accordance with company procedures
- Effectively qualifying customers and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Presenting all F&I products to customers, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs
- Completing all paperwork accurately and submitting it for funding
- Following up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with their purchase and encouraging them to leave a 5star review
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 23 years of proven Automotive Sales experience
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong desire to excel in the F&I aspect of the business, including menu selling
- Creative and persuasive communication skills when dealing with customers
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Valid OMVIC license

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

- Kitchener, ON N2B 3E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
