    Our client in Toronto is looking for a skilled Software Integrations Engineer to join their well-funded venture (USD 8.5M raised). The venture is focused on tackling unique treasury, accounting, and asset management challenges. It has processed over $100B in transactions in the last year

    About the Role:

    We're seeking a highly skilled software engineer to work on integrations to build the next generation of fintech applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications, handling front and backend components.
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, optimizing applications for maximum performance and usability.
    • Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
    • Implement and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to support application functionalities.
    • Work with modern frameworks and technologies to build intuitive user interfaces and scalable server-side functionalities.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations, contributing ideas to improve application performance and user experience.

    Does this sound like you?

    • 5+ years of experience working on production web applications.
    • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
    • Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products.
    • Excellent SQL skills and deep understanding of JavaScript/Typescript or Go.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Passion for writing tests.
    • Strong understanding of React.
    • Experience with large ETL pipelines and complex workflows.
    • Familiarity with different blockchains or tools in the web3 ecosystem such as Ethereum and Solana, a plus
    • Enjoy working in startups and have been part of a team during its growth stage.
