The Opportunity

What You'll Do

Provide
Excellence in customer service during customer full dining experience.
Servers should have a deep understanding of the ingredients and food served, Italian wine & Cocktails
Demonstrate the ability to go the extra step to accommodate guest requests and suggestions.
Proactively assist other servers with table maintenance, running food, side duties, and assisting to take payments.
Be knowledgeable regarding allergy policies and procedures to ensure guests are not at risk for an allergic reaction.
Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Continuously strive for superior guest satisfaction.
Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining chef's specials; answering food preparation questions.
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed and directed by supervisor.

What You Have

2+ years experience in an upscale fine dining and beverage setting.
Must be the age of majority to serve alcoholic beverages with a valid Serving it Right certificate.
Enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction.
WSET certification is an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude accompanied by an outgoing disposition.
Availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to work in a fastpaced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
