- Préparer, numériser et indexer tous les types de documents d'ingénierie/d'héritage et de données.
- Gérer et stocker des fichiers sur un ordinateur/système.
- Faire part au superviseur des préoccupations et des problèmes liés à l'équipement de numérisation et inspecter régulièrement la qualité de la production.
- Effectuer l'assurance qualité post-balayage pour s'assurer que les images des documents sont conformes aux normes, que toutes les pages sont complètes et qu'elles sont de très bonne qualité.
- Transférer les documents électroniques "scannés" avec les attributs appropriés dans le système de gestion des documents de l'ingénierie. Responsable de l'intégrité des données scannées et des entrées.
- Être éligible à travailler au Canada.
- Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage.
- Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.

L'analyste en numérisation est chargé de transformer des documents ou des documents anciens (imprimés, microfiches, cartes, etc.) en une copie numérique à l'aide d'un équipement de numérisation, de recueillir les attributs du document et de les saisir dans une base de données prédéterminée. La copie numérisée pourra être recherchée et trouvée électroniquement.

The scanning analyst is responsible for:
What your day to day will look like:
The scanning analyst will be turning documents/ legacy documents (Print, Microfiche, map, etc.) into a digital copy using scanning equipment, collecting the attributes of the document, and entering them into a predetermined database. The scanned copy will be electronically searchable and findable.
If you are a professional able to work quite independently and have a thorough knowledge of the discipline and the role, we invite you to apply.
What you need to be successful:
Must haves:
Be eligible to work in Canada.
Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired, if applicable.
Pursuing a degree in in records management or documentation.
Be bilingual.
A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the candidate will interact.
