    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Cyber Compliance Analyst is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role involves conducting assessments, monitoring security systems, and collaborating with internal teams to address compliance gaps and mitigate risks.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    ACADEMIC
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

    Advanced certifications (e.g.: CISSP, CISA, CISM) are a plus.

    EXPERIENCE

    •Proven experience (1-2 years) in cybersecurity or compliance roles.

    •Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g.: GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO

    •Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical and regulatory requirements.

    •Experience with security assessment tools, vulnerability scanning, and risk management frameworks.

    •Familiarity with security technologies and controls (e.g.: firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, access controls).

    •Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    •Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of cybersecurity compliance.

    •Strong ethics and integrity with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

    •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

    LANGUAGES
